At ALCA BARA, many of our products are handmade and made especially for you. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it with care.
Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. As our products are handmade and many are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Please make sure you have selected the correct product, size, fragrance and quantity before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. This applies to:
- Unopened and unused products
- Made-to-order products
- Customised products
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or because the product is no longer required.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack every order before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- A short description of the issue
Damage claims received after 12 hours of delivery may not be considered. Our team will review the information and get back to you.
Refunds & Resolution
Refunds are not applicable to every issue. In genuine cases where a resolution is required, our team will discuss the situation with you and decide the most suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the situation, the resolution may include a refund, replacement or an ALCA BARA gift voucher for a future purchase. Any refund, replacement or gift voucher will be provided only after the case has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Since our products are handmade and are made to order, please check your order details carefully before placing your order. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and within the 12-hour reporting period so that our team can review the issue.
